Scapa 2721 is a PVC adhesive tape, with a nominal thickness of 0.16 mm, coated with an aggressive rubber adhesive mass.
Combining excellent mechanical strength, easy transverse tearability, good abrasion resistance with excellent conformability, it is well suited for floor marking applications.
Breaking strength 25 N/cm.
Elongation at break 150%.
Self-extinguishing (the tape will burn if it is put in a fire, but if I have removed it it will extinguish itself)
Very good resistance to abrasion, corrosion and moisture.
Better mechanical and abrasion resistance than the Scapa 2715 reference.
Can be used both indoors and in protected outdoor environments.
Excellent conformability.
Easy transverse tearability.
Complies with European Directive 2000/53.
The rolls should be stored flat, in their original packaging.
The product must be protected from dust, moisture, light and solvent fumes.
The storage temperature should be between +10ºC and +25ºC.
Use within 24 months.
The tape must be applied with sufficient pressure, to ensure optimal adhesion and avoid feathering.
Surfaces must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, oil or any other contaminant.
